Official announcements reported day-one patches and hotfixes. Mentioned areas include collision, interface behavior, V-Sync, world props, and the mission “A Roof Against the Wind.”
Because fixes can invalidate old instructions, every troubleshooting page on this site includes a checked date and a link back to official announcements.
How to maintain this tracker
For each patch, record publication time, build number if supplied, exact systems named, and the pages that need retesting. Do not infer a fix for an issue that the note does not name.
After retesting, add device, save age, solo/co-op state, and reproduction result. Keep unresolved community issues labeled as reports.

Retest visual presentation after V-Sync changes; verify the roof mission in a post-hotfix save; check collision-sensitive pickups; and confirm co-op join behavior across matching builds.
